Our shells are meticulously crafted from hand-selected pieces of the highest grade solid lumber. Stave construction offers many tonal and aesthetic advantages over traditional plywood shells, the most notable being their powerful and articulate voice, followed closely by their unique grain patterns.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe finish on this drum is also unique and handcrafted.
