The edges are a simple full roundover for easy tuning and excellent contsvt with the head.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThese thin shells with no beads or formed edges are amazing. They are super responsive, crispy, and clean. They make for really fantastic sounding drums.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe engraving is a classy Damascus pattern and it repeats around the whole drums symmetrically.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe hardware starts with our classy HHG lugs in deep chrome, slightly offset, and finishes up with 2.3mm chrome hoops, a diecast antique silver hhg badge, diecast butt plate, vintage style strainer, internal tone control\/muffler with cnc-machined aluminum knob, Evans drum heads top and  bottom, and puresound custom-made snare wires.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eI can't explain how great it sounds. Full-bodied, with tons of attack and subtleties. Just an all around top notch drum.
