Inside and outside of the shell are hand brushed for a classy, subtle, and raw, satin  finish. and it wouldn't be an HHG drum without hand-cut leather washers everywhere the hardware touches the drum shell. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe hardware on this drum is very unique as well. The tube lugs featured on the snare are made from solid raw brass, which is been chemically tarnished to a flat black finish, and then distressed to allow the brass to show through.
