HHG drums 14x5 Handmade Stainless 2020 Engraved Satin

The snare drum is the result of a ton of research and development. It features a 16 gauge hand rolled and welded surgical grade stainless steel shell with an engraved Damascus pattern. The Hoops are also handmade. They are 3/16 inch surgical grade stainless steel that has been rolled and welded, then the laser cut tension rod flanges are also welded on.

It features a vintage style strainer, Chrome hhg lugs, diecast but played, diecast strainer, CNC machined aluminum tone control mechanism, Evans heads, and puresound custom Pro 24 strand snare wires.

This thing is an all-around badass snare drum and I'm very excited to finally be able to produce something like this at hhg. Does everything your typical steel snare drum could do with the added versatility and texture of the thin shell and heavy-duty hoops. It can get low and buttery if you need it to be, or it can be a piercing laser Marshall stack killing snare drum weaponry.

As with all of our drums and listings shown, when you place an order with HHG Drums, your new instrument will be hand-crafted in house, from scratch. The drum shown in the pictures was built for a customer, and now resides with them. We would love to build one for you!
