HHG drums 14x7 Figured Zebrawood Stave Snare Drum, High Gloss Natural Lacquer

This shell is handcrafted with integrity from the finest hand selected hardwoods. All HHG drums are built by a drummer for drummers. The wood in this drum is beyond exceptional and unique. I managed to get my hands on enough lumber to make a few drums from this beautifully figured zebrawood. It's difficult to obtain, but absolutely worth the effort.

It's a 14x7 stave shell, 1/2" thick. Die cast hoops,brass tube lugs, DW Mag strainer and 3-position butt plate, all gold plated hardware, 30 strand wires, and a special antique brass badge that is reserved for specialty/prototype snares. It sounds better than it looks, super crisp, focused, tons of volume, all while retaining excellent sensitivity and response through all tuning ranges. Not to not to mention the warm, woody tone that you can only achieve from zebra wood radiates from this shell. This could be a real work-horse snare, excellent for studio or live work.
