HHG drums 14x7 PACMAN Snare 2021 With Gold Hardware

This snare features a 14x7 handmade stainless steel shell. It has a built-in battery pack with LEDs that light up the orange power pellets on the outside of the snare. We used an old school toggle switch to turn the lights on and off to match that vintage arcade vibe. Then we decked everything out with gold-plated hardware!

This drum is decked out with our top-of-the line hardware. It features all Evans drums heads,  Puresound custom-pro brass snare wires, vintage style strainer, 8 solid brass tube lugs, diecast air vent, diecast buttplate, antique silver diecast HHG badge, internal tone control mechanism with CNC-machined knob, 2.3mm triple flanged hoops.

This drum sounds like a goddamn 357 Magnum. So much power and focus. It sounds amazing with a little bit of dampening, and super funky when left wide open. We outfitted this bad boy with some 30 strand snare wires to try and augment that power, and I think it worked to great effect. I get the feeling that this drum will do fantastically in a recording studio, but would probably blow the mind of any front of house engineer at the live gig as well.

As with all of our drums and listings shown, when you place an order with HHG Drums, your new instrument will be hand-crafted in house, from scratch. The drum shown in the pictures was built for a customer, and now resides with them. We would love to build one for you!
